The Gender Focus Person (GFP) will work with CSI management to ensure that a gender analysis and action is done to promote gender equality at all program levels. During the analyses, the GFP will let CSI to understand how inequality and discrimination affect the lives of girls and boys and shall develop programs to overcome gender gaps. Will ensure that women and men working for CSI will share power and responsibility equally based on their skills and capacity. Will work with to take active steps to recruit, train and promote more women into leadership positions. All the CSI staff members will be gender sensitive and will know how to address overt and subtle forms of inequality in our offices. CSI work policies will be family friendly, enabling women and men to participate fully in work and family life. She will ensure CSI will create an enabling environment for gender equality to thrive in our internal organizational culture.
